What each role can do
- Owner — everything, including bank details and undertakings.
- Catalogue manager — create and edit listings, respond to moderation.
- Dispatch operator — pack, label, assign courier and dispatch orders.
- Finance — settlements, invoices and statement exports.
- Support agent — buyer tickets and return coordination only.
